What is the difference between Signature Facility Care and Complete Facility Care?

Signature Facility Care is managed recurring commercial cleaning — a customized Facility Care Plan, quality-control oversight, a monthly client update, and Monthly Interior Breakroom Appliance Deep Cleaning (refrigerator and microwave interiors). Complete Facility Care includes everything in Signature, plus a Quarterly Facility Reset Cleaning™, essential restroom and breakroom supplies included up to your facility's established monthly allowance with monitoring, purchasing, and replenishment, and Priority Scheduling subject to availability. Recurring clients on either plan also save 10% on carpet cleaning through our preferred independent partner.

How do I know which plan is right for my space?

We suggest a plan after looking at your space, how often you need cleaning, how it is used, the restrooms and breakrooms, access, and the support you want.

Yes. Plans are suggested based on your space and needs. Final scope, price, and details are set during the walkthrough and quote.

Do you do move-out and move-in cleaning?

Yes. We clean vacant homes, apartments and units for move-out and move-in, so the space is ready for its final walkthrough, next resident, listing photos or move-in day.

Does the property need to be vacant?

It works best when the property is empty or close to it. Furniture and belongings left behind limit what we can reach, so we confirm the scope based on the condition at booking.

Is interior oven and refrigerator cleaning included?

Yes. Interior oven and interior refrigerator cleaning are both included in the applicable Move-In / Move-Out cleaning — they are part of the service, not an add-on line item.

What does the free outdoor trash can deep cleaning include?

1 outdoor trash can is scrubbed, rinsed, disinfected, deodorized and refreshed as part of the applicable Move-In / Move-Out cleaning, at no extra cost. It covers one trash can per service.

Is move-out cleaning part of the recurring facility care plans?

No. Move-out and move-in cleanings are one-time services quoted separately from recurring Signature and Complete Facility Care plans.

How is move-out cleaning priced?

Pricing starts at $225 for homes and apartments and $200 for studios, then is confirmed based on size, condition, access, timing and the approved scope. Heavier condition takes more time and is quoted above the starting price, reviewed with you before service.

What is included in move-out cleaning?

Based on the approved scope: kitchen counters, backsplash, sink and fixtures, cabinet and appliance exteriors, interior oven and refrigerator, bathrooms including tub, shower, toilet, vanity, mirrors and fixtures, floors throughout, baseboards, dusting, light fixtures and switches — plus a free deep cleaning of 1 outdoor trash can: scrubbed, rinsed, disinfected, deodorized and refreshed.

Do I need to be present, and are completion photos available?

You do not need to be on site — we just need access details and a way to reach you. Completion photos are available on request where applicable, which helps when you are coordinating the property remotely.
