What is the Rent-Ready Turnover Plan?

It is a monthly plan for approved property managers with lots of move-outs. For $1,199.99 per month, you get 5 turnover cleaning credits, priority scheduling, credit rollover, member-rate support, and savings on partner carpet cleaning.

Who is the plan for?

Approved property managers, landlords, and pros who often need vacant-unit cleaning. The plan is limited and only open to approved accounts that are a good fit.

How many credits are included and what units qualify?

5 credits each month for approved studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units up to 1,250 sq ft in normal move-out condition. Up to 3 credits per week can be used without approval; more in one week may need scheduling approval based on availability.

Yes. The first 5 approved accounts can lock in the $1,199.99 per month rate while their plan is active and in good standing.

No. Priority scheduling gives you first pick of open slots. It does not promise same-day or next-day service. Scheduling depends on availability, access, unit condition, and notice given.

Are carpet and window cleaning included?

No. Credits do not include carpet cleaning, window cleaning, junk removal, biohazard cleaning, pest treatment, mold work, heavy post-construction cleaning, floor stripping or waxing, exterior cleaning, or repairs unless quoted and approved first. Partner carpet cleaning savings are separate and based on availability, approval, and partner terms.

How does the 24-hour touch-up window work?

The touch-up window only applies to items in the agreed scope. It does not cover new messes, tenant damage, repairs, stains, odors, pest activity, or items outside the approved scope.
