Turnover & Vacant-Unit Cleaning
Move-Out, Move-In & Turnover Cleaning
One-time cleaning for vacant units. We clean the space and get it ready for the next tenant, walkthrough, or move-in.
Priced based on size, condition, timing, access, and approved scope.
May include move-out and move-in cleaning, turnover cleaning, vacant-unit resets, kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning, inside of appliances when it applies, floors, baseboards, and high-touch spots.
Add-ons like window cleaning and carpet cleaning can be added when quoted and approved first.
Rent-Ready Turnover Plan
A monthly plan for approved property managers with lots of move-outs.
$1,199.99 per month includes 5 turnover cleaning credits for approved studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units up to 1,250 sq ft in normal move-out condition.
Includes priority scheduling, credit rollover, unit readiness notes, photo updates when possible, a 24-hour touch-up window, $50 off extra approved turnovers, and savings on partner carpet cleaning.
Launch offer: the first 5 approved property manager accounts can lock in the $1,199.99 per month rate while active and in good standing.
Credits only apply to approved units in normal move-out condition. Larger or heavily soiled units may cost more or need approval first.
